Description

Grey Raven Technologies develops a reusable UAV training munition system. It's already field-tested and used in military training.

We're looking for a hands-on Drone Pilot to test, refine and demonstrate the system in real-world conditions. You'll fly FPV / bomber drones in field tests, help improve release mechanisms and accuracy, and show the system to partners and military stakeholders.

No license yet? No problem. We'll train you and cover the certification costs.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Interest in drones, UAV systems or defence technology
  • Willingness to learn and join hands-on field tests
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
  • Strict about safety procedures and following instructions
  • Reliable, proactive attitude

Nice to have:

  • FPV drone or UAV flying experience
  • Technical curiosity: mechanical, electrical or DIY builds
  • Video capture experience (GoPro / FPV footage)
  • Military experience or familiarity with military training environments

Duties

  • Fly FPV / UAV bomber drones during test sessions
  • Run drop tests with training munitions (9mm / 5.56 blanks)
  • Help refine release mechanisms and targeting accuracy
  • Record and document test results (video + notes)
  • Support live demonstrations for partners and military stakeholders
  • Maintain and prepare equipment for field use

Proposal

  • We cover drone licence certification and required training materials
  • Paid per testing / demonstration session after initial training
  • Flexible, project-based schedule, no fixed hours
  • Startup equity (shares) based on involvement and performance
  • Rare real-world experience with military UAV training systems
