About company

We develop a reusable UAV training munition system for drone bomber training, replacing single-use rounds with a more efficient and repeatable solution.
The system is already field-tested and used in military training, with ongoing development across new calibers and deployment methods.
We are a small, fast-moving team working hands-on with real users. The work is practical, iterative, and grounded in field feedback.
The project sits at the intersection of drones, defence, and manufacturing, involving hardware, testing, and collaboration with military and industry partners.

Career in company

We are building real hardware for real-world use. Most of the work happens in the field, workshop, or directly with partners, not behind a desk.
This is an early-stage project, which means high ownership, fast learning, and the chance to shape how things are done. Roles are flexible and often project-based. If you perform, you grow with the project.
We work with people who take initiative, figure things out, and are comfortable operating in an evolving environment.
If you don’t fit a role exactly but see how you can contribute, reach out.

Road so far

What started as a small, hands-on project has already reached real-world use.
Our reusable UAV training munition system has been field-tested and adopted for military training, with an assigned NATO Stock Number (NSN: 6910-55-001-3455). The system enables repeated training cycles using blanks (9mm, with ongoing work on 5.56), reducing reliance on single-use solutions.
Initial units have been delivered and tested internationally, including in the UK, validating both the concept and practical deployment.
The project continues to evolve through direct feedback from operators, with ongoing development, testing, and expansion into new use cases.
