Business Developer (Defence & UAV Sales) | Founder

Grey Raven Technologies is a Riga-based defence-tech startup building a UAV training munition system that helps drone operators train realistically, safely and affordably.

We're looking for a Business Developer to find and win our first customers: generate leads, open conversations with military units, defence companies and distributors, run demos and close deals. It's fast-paced, direct and results-driven. You'll work right next to the founders and your wins will shape the company.

Must have:

• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable with outreach and cold contact
• Results-driven, self-motivated mindset
• Curiosity about drones and defence tech (we'll teach you the product)

Nice to have:

• Previous sales or business development experience
• B2B or defence sector experience
• Existing network or contacts in defence / security
• Confidence on calls and in negotiations

• Identify and contact potential clients: military, defence and UAV companies, distributors
• Run outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls and messaging
• Book and run intro and demo calls
• Present the product and handle objections
• Close deals or move leads to the demonstration stage
• Keep a simple, up-to-date sales pipeline
• Share market feedback with the product team

• Commission-only: no fixed salary. You earn a percentage of every deal you bring in
