Social Media Manager (Drone & Defence Tech) | Founder

Grey Raven Technologies is a Riga-based defence-tech startup building a reusable UAV training munition system. We have field tests, live demos and real military training, and we need someone to show it to the world.

As our Social Media Manager you'll film, edit and publish content about drone testing, demonstrations and development. The goal is to build visibility, attract partners and customers, and document our progress in real time. You'll get access to content few creators ever see.

Must have:

• Interest in drones, tech or defence-related content
• Basic video editing skills (phone editing is fine)
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form platforms
• Consistent and self-driven

Nice to have:

• Experience filming drones or FPV footage
• Experience growing LinkedIn or YouTube channels
• A feel for what content performs well
• Basic design skills (thumbnails, simple visuals)

• Film and edit content from tests and demonstrations
• Turn raw footage into short, engaging clips
• Manage posting on LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms
• Write clear, simple captions and updates
• Keep a consistent posting rhythm and track what works
• Coordinate with the team to capture key moments
