Description

Grey Raven Technologies is a Riga-based defence-tech startup building a reusable UAV training munition system. It's already field-tested and used in military training.

The Baltic states are investing heavily in drone capabilities, and we want to be the go-to training partner across the region. We're looking for a Business Developer for Lithuania and Estonia to build relationships with armed forces, volunteer defence organisations, defence companies and drone schools, and turn them into demos, pilots and deals.

You'll work directly with the founders, and Riga is just a short trip away for demos and team meetings.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Fluent Lithuanian and/or Estonian, plus good English
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with cold outreach
  • Self-driven, organised and results-focused
  • Curiosity about drones and defence tech (we'll teach you the product)

Nice to have:

  • Russian, Latvian or another regional language
  • Sales, business development or partnerships experience
  • Experience or contacts in defence, security, military, or volunteer defence organisations (e.g. Šaulių Sąjunga, Kaitseliit)
  • Experience with public procurement or B2B tech sales

Duties

  • Map the Lithuanian and Estonian markets: armed forces units, volunteer defence organisations, defence companies, drone schools and distributors
  • Identify decision-makers and run outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events)
  • Book and run intro and demo calls; help organise live demonstrations
  • Move leads to pilots and deals, and follow relevant procurement opportunities
  • Represent us at local defence and tech events
  • Keep a simple sales pipeline and report market insights to the founders

Proposal

  • Commission-only: no fixed salary. You earn a percentage of every deal you bring in
  • High upside, since defence deal sizes are large
  • Remote and flexible: work from Vilnius, Tallinn or anywhere in the region, alongside your studies
  • Potential equity (shares) for strong performers
  • A chance to own two markets and grow with the company
