Who we're looking for:

• Background in Project Management, Business, Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently 
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail 
• Interest in international media, creative production, and cross-border projects 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment 
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn through real-world experience 

What you'll do:

• Support coordination of creative, localization, and media projects 
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and task tracking 
• Communicate with internal teams and support client coordination 
• Help organize workflows, documentation, and project timelines 
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and production planning 
• Monitor project progress and support day-to-day operational tasks 
• Collaborate with international teams on ongoing projects 
• Learn modern project management tools, workflows, and communication processes
