Requirements
👀 Who we're looking for
A student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related field
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people from different cultures
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently
Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow in a dynamic international media company
Duties
🚀 What you'll actually do
Support the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Search for and engage with candidates across different platforms
Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and assist in the selection process
Participate in interviews alongside experienced HR professionals
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding for new employees, interns, and freelance voice talents
Prepare HR documentation, maintain HR databases, and keep records up to date
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job advertisements and social media content
Support internship programs and collaborate with universities and career centers
Work closely with Operations and Project Management teams to understand staffing needs
Help improve HR processes and contribute ideas to make workflows more efficient
Take ownership of real HR projects and gain practical experience beyond administrative tasks
