Requirements
Who we're looking for:
- Background in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field
- Interest in B2B sales, international business, and client communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating professionally
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage tasks responsibly
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or AI productivity tools is considered a plus
- Motivation to learn modern sales processes and contribute proactively to the team
Duties
What you'll actually do:
- Research potential clients, industries, and international markets
- Support outbound outreach and lead generation activities
- Assist in creating sales strategies, presentations, and proposals
- Work with AI-based sales and automation tools
- Help manage client communication and follow-up processes
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and sales planning
- Support the business development team with ongoing projects
