Position Objective:
We are looking for a driven and experienced International Sales Specialist to expand our global customer base and drive sales growth across key markets such as the EU, UK, North America, and the Middle East.
Requirements

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of technical products and ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple time zones.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, infrastructure owners, engineering firms, and public authorities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Represent Adventum Tech at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.
