🧠 What We’re Looking For

Strong creativity and a good eye for design

Basic understanding of color theory, layout, and composition

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)

Good communication skills and ability to take feedback

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Interest in posters, typography, and visual storytelling

Portfolio showcasing design work (posters, branding, or digital content)

Interest in event design and visual experiences

Basic motion graphics or illustration skills

Create engaging visual content for digital and print (social media, posters, campaigns)

Design event posters, branding materials, and promotional graphics

Work with typography, color, and composition to produce high-quality visuals

Collaborate with marketing and event teams to bring ideas to life

Support ongoing creative projects and maintain visual consistency

Adapt designs across different formats and platforms
