👀 Who we’re looking for

A student interested in HR, psychology, business, or similar
Strong communication skills and curiosity
Proactive mindset — you take initiative, not just instructions
Fluent in English

🚀 What you’ll actually do

Support the full recruitment cycle — from talent search to onboarding
Help source and communicate with candidates
Participate in real interviews
Screen CVs and assist in candidate evaluation
Work on real HR projects, not just admin tasks
Help improve internal HR processes and employer branding
Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives
