UAV drone bomber test pilot

We are developing a reusable UAV training munition system for drone bombers, already field-tested and used in military training. We are looking for a hands-on operator to test, refine, and demonstrate the system in real-world conditions.

Interest in drones, UAV systems, or defence technology
Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on field testing
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to follow safety procedures and structured instructions
Reliable, proactive attitude
Nice to have:
Experience with FPV drones or UAV operation
Technical curiosity (mechanical, electrical, or DIY builds)
Experience with video capture (GoPro / FPV footage)
Military experience or familiarity with military training environments

Operate FPV / UAV bomber drones during test sessions
Conduct drop tests with training munitions (9mm / 5.56 blanks)
Assist in refining release mechanisms and targeting accuracy
Record and document test results (video + notes)
Support live demonstrations to partners and military stakeholders
Maintain and prepare equipment for field use

We cover costs for relevant certifications (e.g. drone licenses) and required training materials
Per testing / demonstration session fee after initial training
Flexible, project-based involvement (no fixed schedule required)
