Office Management Intern (with an internship agreement issued by your educational institution)

In this role, you will:

• Assist with daily office tasks and special projects
• Support employees by understanding and responding to their needs from an Office Management perspective
• Coordinate office maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-ups
• Help organize and maintain shared spaces (kitchen, meeting rooms, etc.)
• Handle weekly deliveries that contribute to employee wellbeing and comfort
