Adventum Tech is a deep-tech company specializing in smart structural health monitoring (SHM) and real-time wireless IoT systems for construction and infrastructure. Our technologies are used in safety-critical, long-term infrastructure projects worldwide, where clear communication, strong visuals, and professional technical marketing are essential.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong visual and digital design background to support company growth through the creation of high-quality digital assets, marketing materials, and visual content across multiple channels.
Requirements
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving digital and visual assets that support Adventum Tech’s brand, sales, and business development activities.
This role focuses on visual communication for technical products, including datasheets, presentations, animations, expo materials, and digital content used in marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital & Visual Asset Creation
Design professional datasheets, brochures, presentations, and product one-pagers.
Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Develop illustrations, diagrams, and infographics to explain technical concepts clearly.
Maintain visual consistency with Adventum Tech’s brand guidelines.
2. Animation & Motion Design
Create short animations and motion graphics to explain products, systems, and use cases.
Develop animated visuals for social media, website, and presentations.
Support video content creation with motion elements and visual enhancements.
3. Expo & Event Materials
Design expo booth graphics, roll-ups, posters, and printed materials.
Prepare visual materials for international exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
Ensure materials are adapted for both digital and physical formats.
4. Marketing Support & Collaboration
Work closely with sales, engineering, and management teams to translate technical information into clear visual content.
Support marketing campaigns with visual assets for email, social media, and digital ads.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website visuals and downloadable content.
5. Asset Management & Optimization
Organize and maintain a structured library of digital assets.
Adapt content for different platforms, formats, and markets.
Continuously improve visual materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
Proposal
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or visual communication.
Strong skills in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Experience creating professional B2B marketing materials.
Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
Experience with technical or engineering-focused products.
Basic understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels.
Experience with website CMS tools and basic UI/UX principles.
Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
