Paid Internship Reception Erasmus in Spain

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include welcoming and orienting visitors, answering phone calls and providing information to clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be well organized and have a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

Greet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide information and assistance to customers.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar position is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of office software and equipment.
Punctuality and reliability.
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
Fluency in French is a plus.
