Applicant requirements

• Ability to work various shifts - days, afternoons and evenings, including weekends;
• Strong computer skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;
• High communication and problem-solving abilities; a fast learner and a strong team player;
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage.

What will you do

• Engage with users through multiple channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries;
• Deliver an outstanding user experience by actively listening to users, addressing their needs effectively, and providing clear, helpful solutions;
• Precisely follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality in all user interactions.

Salary
Depending on your experience and qualifications salary starting from 950 EUR GROSS (and even higher, actually, with other bonuses)
