Junior Automation Engineer

We are Lande, and we’re looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to join our team. You’ll help improve our document processing system using tools like Google Document AI, Anthropic, and GPT models - adding new document types, verifying data accuracy, and creating simple scripts to automate workflows. A great role for someone detail-oriented with basic programming skills and an interest in AI-driven data processing.

Basic understanding of programming and data structures
Attention to detail and logical thinking
Experience (or fast learning ability) with Google Docs, JSON, and document templates
Interest in working with AI tools (Google Document AI, Anthropic, GPT)
English knowledge
Familiarity with PHP, JS, or similar scripting languages is a plus

Add and configure new document types in the internal AI document processing system
Work with Google Document AI, Anthropic, and GPT-based tools to improve document understanding
Verify and structure extracted data for accuracy and completeness
Create and adjust small scripts to automate document workflows
Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure correct document logic
Monitor and continuously improve the quality of AI document parsing and output
