Adventum Tech is a deep-tech company specializing in smart structural health monitoring (SHM) and real-time wireless IoT systems for construction and infrastructure. Our solutions — including advanced vibration, load, settlement, and environmental sensors — enable smarter, safer, and more sustainable infrastructure management worldwide.
We are growing rapidly across North America, the Baltics, and the EU, and are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership and business development operations.
Requirements
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive team. This role combines administrative precision, strategic support, and market insight, assisting in communication, planning, and coordination of sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives.
You will work closely with the CEO and management team to help drive Adventum Tech’s international expansion and optimize internal workflows.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the CEO’s and leadership team’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organized communication flow.
Maintain and coordinate the executive calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
Draft, format, and send professional correspondence, proposals, and meeting follow-ups.
Prepare internal reports, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership.
2. Market & Business Research
Conduct market research on competitors, potential clients, distributors, and investors.
Gather data on smart construction, SHM, IoT, and smart city trends to support business development.
Summarize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Sales & Marketing Coordination
Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, including LinkedIn outreach, campaign coordination, and lead tracking.
Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and partnership decks.
Maintain CRM and client databases up to date.
4. Communication & Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, record key actions, and ensure follow-up execution.
Support smooth communication between Adventum Tech and partners, clients, and investors globally.
