We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to help us craft compelling content, drive campaigns, and strengthen our global brand visibility.
The Marketing Specialist will play a central role in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign coordination, supporting Adventum Tech’s growth and visibility across multiple channels — from Google Ads and LinkedIn to international expos and trade shows.
This role blends creative storytelling with strategic execution, ensuring that Adventum Tech’s innovations reach the right audiences in the construction, engineering, and smart city sectors.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, or industrial sectors.
Strong writing and content creation skills (English proficiency required).
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO fundamentals.
Familiarity with graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma) is a plus.
Understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or HubSpot).
Previous experience in expo or trade show marketing is an advantage.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Branding
Develop and manage marketing content for social media, website, newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
Write, edit, and design materials such as case studies, blog posts, brochures, and press releases.
Ensure all content aligns with Adventum Tech’s brand identity, tone, and strategic goals.
Collaborate with the design team to create visual content (graphics, product visuals, banners, videos).
2. Campaign Development & Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Work with the Google Ads Specialist to align digital campaigns with content strategy.
Analyze campaign performance and propose data-driven optimizations.
Support email marketing campaigns and CRM updates for lead nurturing.
3. Marketing Collateral & Event Preparation
Prepare and update marketing materials, datasheets, and presentations for industry expos and events.
Assist in planning and organizing exhibitions, conferences, and product showcases (e.g., booth visuals, roll-ups, demo content).
Coordinate logistics and promotion before, during, and after each event.
4. Market Research & Strategic Support
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends in IoT, smart cities, and SHM technologies.
Identify potential partners, distributors, and collaboration opportunities.
Support the development of marketing and sales strategies with insights from campaigns and market data.
