We are rapidly expanding across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, and we’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to help drive our digital growth and global brand visibility.
Requirements
The Google Ads Specialist will lead Adventum Tech’s performance marketing strategy across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and partner networks.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns aimed at increasing inbound leads, online visibility, and awareness within the construction technology and smart infrastructure sectors.
This is a strategic and analytical role requiring strong technical know-how, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Management
Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) aligned with business goals.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to construction, IoT, SHM, and Smart City sectors.
Optimize ad groups, copy, targeting, and bids for maximum ROI and conversion performance.
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to capture returning audiences.
2. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign performance through Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Data Studio dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, CTAs, and landing pages.
Continuously improve Quality Score, CTR, and CPC efficiency across campaigns.
3. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with lead-generation goals and ongoing promotions.
Collaborate on landing page optimization and SEO-PPC synergy for maximum conversion potential.
Coordinate with content creators to ensure ad messages align with Adventum Tech’s brand voice and positioning.
4. Market & Trend Research
Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, AI automation tools, and Smart Bidding strategies.
Research and identify new advertising opportunities within engineering, construction, and infrastructure audiences.
Analyze competitors’ paid ad strategies and identify positioning opportunities for Adventum Tech.
