Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute marketing activities, including digital campaigns, social media management, and industry event coordination.
Develop and maintain the company’s image by producing cohesive visual and written content (LinkedIn, website, press releases).
Analyze market trends and competitor activities, proposing new strategies to boost brand awareness.
Prepare presentations, brochures, and other sales materials in collaboration with the sales team.
Coordinate partnerships with media, event organizers, and external stakeholders.
Support the brand’s growth on international markets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing or communications (B2B or technology sector preferred).
Excellent content creation skills in Latvian and English.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Initiative, creativity, and ability to work in a team.
Understanding of the construction or engineering sector is an advantage.
