Lead Generation Specialist

About the Company:
Adventum Tech is a Latvian tech company developing and producing real-time structural monitoring solutions for the global construction and infrastructure industry. Our goal is to make the future safer, more efficient, and sustainable through smart IoT sensor systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential B2B customers and partners (construction companies, engineering firms, municipalities, infrastructure operators).
Build and maintain a qualified lead database using a CRM system.
Reach out to prospects, share presentations, and provide initial product and service information.
Organize and schedule meetings for the sales team with high-quality leads.
Monitor market trends and activities to uncover new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent lead generation.

Duties

Requirements:

Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and data processing tools.
Proactive attitude, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.
Understanding of the construction or engineering sector is an advantage.
