Hardware Engineer

Position Objective:
The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving Adventum Tech’s sensor hardware solutions, ensuring they meet high reliability, precision, and performance standards for deployment in demanding environments.

Requirements:

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience with PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, or similar).
Practical experience in soldering, assembling, and testing electronic components.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems (LoRa, 5G, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize electronic circuits and PCB layouts for real-time sensor devices.
Assemble, solder, and test prototypes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and performance targets.
Perform calibration and quality checks using specialized lab equipment (e.g., Zwick Roell test rigs).
Troubleshoot hardware issues and implement improvements to ensure long-term field durability.
Collaborate with the R&D, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
Document hardware designs, test results, and assembly instructions.
