After-Sales Analyst, Baltic

AFTER - SALES ANALYST, Baltic (Temporary position for 1.5 years)
to be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of After Sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall productivity.

Professional requirements:

At least 1-2 year experience related to data analytics/reporting work;
Higher education in a Finance/Economics;
Ability to express own opinion clearly, more or less freely discuss different topics in Latvian, English, Russian;
Skilled user of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and practical work experience with ERP system.

Accurate, supportive and interested to help colleagues, analytical mindset and structured approach towards work organization.

Key responsibilities:

Create and maintain After Sales Metrics’ reporting and key performance indicators from internal reporting systems in a concise and user- friendly format;
Prepare weekly/monthly controlling reports and conduct performance analysis;
Support Baltic After Sales teams with performance evaluation reports based on collected data;
Train colleagues for effective usage of internal service systems.
