A guide, who leads groups of visitors at a zoological park and tells interesting, educational and historical facts concerning the animals inhabiting the zoological park. The guide gives information to the visitors about usual habits of the animals, their origins, length of life and other.

Tasks:

1. Guiding organized groups of visitors or individuals and telling interesting facts related to the animals
2. Representing all the information in understandable and well-organised form and using appropriate language
3. Helping to the visitors to learn something new about the wildlife and also about the environment of the zoological garden
4. Arising interest of the visitors in the wildlife
5. Applying presentation techniques – eye contact, stance, diction, body language and so on
6. In some cases controlling the number of the tickets sold and number of wristbands used
7. Feeding and taking care of the animals
