Content specialist is a key member of the marketing team and plays a pivotal role in the development of creative and compelling content that increases awareness and brand visibility, drives demand generation and enhances audience engagement while conveying 'the voice of the company'.

Tasks:

1. To conceive, write and deliver compelling content for a range of mediums - online, digital, social, mobile and print
2. To write technical content that speaks to various clients
3. To synthesize complex technical content into compelling actionable content
4. To own the content creation and optimization process end-to-end from initial concept to strategy to research, approvals, fact-checking, key wording, editing and final proofing
5. To collaborate with analytics staff and agencies to increase search relevancy
6. To measure/report overall content effectiveness
7. To work closely with the marketing team to post engaging content, upload videos, images and audio files
