Offices: Riga, Tallinn, Malta. Vilnius opening Q2 2022.

Requirements
- This role requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, and excellent attention to detail;
- You should be a university graduate or started higher education;
- You must have good planning skills that go along with proper time management and flexibility;
- You must have the ability to think from first principles and work well cross-functionally, including with other departments;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities under pressure, and challenging interactions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
- You must have solid communication and team working skills;
- Excellent mental capacity to make quick, smart, and rational decisions using common sense and a positive attitude;
- Very good MS Office skills and excellent Excell skills;
- Excellent English (both: written and spoken);
- Previous work experience in airline operations and/or crew training will be considered as an advantage.
Duties
- You will be a part of the amazing Crew Planning division here in Riga HQ and will act as a respective team member in regard to all the processes related to Visa arrangements for crew members.
- You will be responsible for managing the related crew visa obtaining processes, preparing necessary invitation letters from the company side, coordinating immigration matters, entry restrictions in the countries crew will be operating in;
- You will assist crew members in managing the bookings of appropriate facilities for the purpose of visa obtaining;
- Coordinate with crew's required vaccination requirements for each region/base where operations are carried out;
- You will collect and update data related to crew members language knowledge in the internal system;
- Collecting and updating in crew resource management system any other related special roles, activities, duty identifiers in crew resource management system;
- Produce required reports to support crew resources teams with necessary information.
