OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (INTERNSHIP)

We are currently offering an ability for business administration students to join the Intrum Justitia Software Development Centre in Riga and gain the administration and organisational skills together with the international experience.

Intrum Justitia Software Development Centre is a part of Intrum Justitia and works closely with Business sponsors and development teams to define and deliver innovative applications and improved user and customer experience to our business units across the Europe.

Requirements:

Flexible, structured and analytical personality with good stress-resistance
Good communication skills
Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to work fast, independently, with great precision and with set deadlines

Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Ensure office supplies.
Responding to enquiries and complaints.
Updating of the internal web-page and team site.
Updating internal policies and procedure.
