Who we’re looking for

• A student interested in project coordination, media, localization, operations, or a similar field
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working with digital files, folders, and online tools
• A proactive person who takes initiative and is happy to learn new processes
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• Able to manage several small tasks and keep track of deadlines

What you’ll actually do

• Support the Delivery Manager with day-to-day project delivery tasks
• Download, organize, and check incoming project files and data from clients
• Receive materials from clients and help ensure all required files are available
• Prepare and deliver completed materials to clients using the agreed processes and platforms
• Keep project files, folders, and delivery information organized and up to date
• Help track project status, deadlines, and missing materials, following up with the relevant team when needed
• Communicate with internal teams to help ensure smooth handovers between project stages
• Assist with other operational and administrative tasks that help projects run smoothly
