What We Expect:

• Background in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or a related field 
• Interest in event production, international events, and client coordination 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Confidence in presenting ideas and communicating professionally 
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks under deadlines 
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment 
• Motivation to learn modern event management processes and contribute proactively to the team 

What You’ll Do:

• Research potential venues, partners, suppliers, and international event trends 
• Support event planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management 
• Assist in creating event concepts, timelines, budgets, presentations, and proposals 
• Work with event management platforms and productivity/AI tools 
• Help manage client, participant, and stakeholder communication and follow-up processes 
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and event production planning 
• Support the events and production team with ongoing projects and on-site coordination
