Project Management internship at Accenture Baltics

Are you detail-oriented, confident working with Excel, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in project and resource management?

We are looking for a Project Management Office Intern who will assist PMO teams in client projects and support day-to-day resource management, financial tracking, and coordination activities.

• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Educational background or ongoing studies in finance, economics, business, banking, management, or a related field
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently with data and maintain structured records
• Proactive and responsible approach to assigned tasks
• Good English skills

• Support resource management activities across client projects
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain and regularly update resource trackers
• Support financial tracking and related project administration
• Work with project data in Excel, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to PMO teams

• Practical experience supporting PMO teams in international client projects
• Exposure to project, resource, and financial management activities
• Hands-on experience with project tracking and coordination
• Opportunity to further develop your Excel, analytical, and organizational skills
