Internship in Event Management

We’re looking for an Event Manager Intern!

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Active student status in Event Management, Production or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail
• Creativity, stress resilience, and logical thinking
• Interest in event planning, working with a team, and showing proactiveness
• High awareness of global and local trends across various fields
• Ability to freely communicate in Latvian and English

Not a must but nice to have:

• Previous experience organizing school, university, or personal events
• Creative mindset and basic knowledge of tools like Canva
• Hands-on attitude for decorating and hands-on setup work

We will entrust you with:

• Brainstorming event concepts and writing scripts
• Assisting with market and price research
• Searching for suppliers, vendors, and engaging event activities
• Helping organize internal team events and decorating the office space
• Managing small procurement orders and practical daily tasks

Note: This is an unpaid internship position with a minimum duration of 3 months. To be eligible, candidates must be able to provide a Three-party internship agreement (a valid internship agreement issued or approved by the university is required before the internship can begin).
