Location: Riga, Latvia (On-site)

Role Overview

High-accuracy fabrication and assembly of small-scale hardware components, prototypes, and manufacturing fixtures using engineering plastics (POM, PC, Nylon, PETG) and high-grade plywood.

Responsibilities

Operate and calibrate FDM/SLA 3D printers, desktop CNC mills, and laser cutters.
Perform component assembly, multi-material bonding, and structural gluing.
Design simple geometries, custom jigs, and alignment tools using 3D CAD/CAM software.
Post-process and inspect finished parts against CAD models using precision metrology tools.

Requirements

Experience operating digital fabrication hardware (3D printing, CNC milling, laser cutting).
Proficiency in basic 3D CAD modeling and toolpath.
Understanding of the machining and bonding characteristics of plastics and wood composites.
