Customer Service Agent role is a key role for our business.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person who is able to put customers at the heart of our business, creating pleasurable and entertaining journey for them across all touch points.

Listen, engage and help customers with their inquiries over e-mail, chat or phone.

YOU NEED:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English to perform job duties.
Very good computer and typing skills.
Ability to focus on details and multitask.
Strong active listening skills - give attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand and ask questions when appropriate.
Problem solving skills and ability to adapt to change with positive attitude.
Readiness to work flexible hours from 9:00 till 22:00 (Monday- Sunday).
