Description

LeverX is looking for motivated university graduates and early-career professionals who want to start their career in IT consulting and business development.

In this role, you will support SAP projects and pre-sales activities, learn how international IT consulting works, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise business solutions used by global companies.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and mentors, with a clear career path toward Sales & Business Development Manager. 

Requirements

-University degree or final-year student in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Good communication and teamwork abilities.

-Interest in business processes, enterprise systems, and digital transformation.

-Motivation to learn SAP solutions and consulting practices.

-Fluency in English and Latvian. 

Duties

-Support SAP pre-sales and implementation projects for clients in Latvia.
-Assist in analyzing and documenting business requirements from customers.
-Help prepare solution proposals and presentations for potential clients.
-Participate in testing SAP solutions and validating business scenarios.
-Support user training sessions and preparation of project documentation.
-Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers during project delivery.
