Paid Cyber Security Internship with Company-University-Student Contract

• Ongoing studies in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to the field 
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity events, threats, and actors, including trends and risks
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Curiosity, desire to learn
• A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving
• Fluency in English: Required for communication across our international locations

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to tools like Splunk, TryHackMe/HackTheBox, or Wireshark
• Basic familiarity with Kusto Query Language (KQL)
• Participation in CTFs, cybersecurity competitions
• Academic project related to cybersecurity

• Get hands on in the project/tasks performed by the SOC team (e.g. triage, first-level analysis and lower severity incidents)
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Proactively seek opportunities for improvements, assist the creation of knowledge base articles and documentation
• Learn best practices, elevate knowledge by more experienced colleagues
• Assist with structuring and documenting security incidents and creating incident report drafts
• Support senior analysts with basic threat intelligence indicator gathering and rule tuning changes or automation tasks
• Participate in more severe security incidents under guidance and supervision (shadowing) of T1 and T2 analysts
• Participate in lessons learned activities

• Paid internship - 740 EUR gross/per month

   

  Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time, at least four-month internship and be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, as the position is offered under a three-party contract (company, university, student).
