• willing to assist employees and have experience with IT or similar Helpdesk and Support Services
• knowledgeable about ITIL concept
• fluent in English, having excellent communication skills
• ready to take an internship for at least 3 months
• student in Latvian educational institution

• provide first-line investigation, diagnosis, and resolution for all systems in the area of responsibility (mainly for IT Infrastructure)
• manage the lifecycle of incidents and requests
• keep users informed on the status of incidents, requests, and services
• develop end-user documentation
