Colliers is looking for a Construction Project manager Assistant (junior/entry level, no previous experience is mandatory).

Colliers is looking for a Project manager Assistant to join our thriving Project Management team.

At least a technical high school professional education in architectural or construction fields

MS Office proficiency, Autodesk AutoCAD skills, SketchUP, Revit, 3Ds Max or BIM software is considered as advantage

Ability to read technical drawings

Previous experience with construction legislation, standards and territory planning documents will be considered as advantage

Fluent in English/ Latvian/ Russian languages (writing and speaking, basic technical language knowledge is considered as advantage)

Fast learner with interest in construction and RE industry

Can be the last semester student with further full-time employment opportunity

Assistance for senior colleagues in daily PM processes

Preparation of request for quotations of services and products

Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, contract amendments, etc.

Construction legislation and standard analysis

Communication with municipality, government, and other institutions regarding project related topics

Preparation of application forms, official letters, PoA, etc.

Requesting technical assignments in BIS

Preparation of technical drawings and sketches (occasionally)
