Based in Liepaja, Latvia, our team transforms e-commerce knowledge into tools that help merchants worldwide. We follow a systematic approach: understand, experiment, implement, and measure. Requirements

At Libautech, the Marketing Manager is the one person who really owns user growth and retention in their market. You are creative in coming up with new ways of attracting and keeping customers, you are analytical in being able to make decisions based on data and seeing what works and what does not, and you are hands-on enough to be comfortable with not having a huge marketing team or an agency to help you out.

Duties

- Acquiring new customers through small, medium and large campaigns via different channels - such as paid and unpaid social media, partnerships

- Creating fresh, honest and impactful content that pulls people in and make them relate with what we stand for

- Connecting with potential customers through our social media channels and newsletters

- Making your ideas work and driving concrete, visible results in customer acquisition and retention, week over week

Proposal

- Possibility to participate in international projects for the world’s leading E-commerce companies
- Work in an environment that encourages employees to learn, develop and achieve

    In 2019, four ambitious dudes came together to create a solution for a developer challenge (hackathon). Our solution involved the much loved trend of that time – electric scooters, so naturally we called ourselves the “Scooterboys”. Fast forward to present day, the only two things unchanged are the team and our informal nickname. Professionally though, we call ourselves Libautech.

    The chemistry in the team was there, the minute we sat a table together and started talking business. First of all the team consists of experts with more than 5 years experience in web development, UI/UX design, branding, sales and marketing. Furthermore our sales expert has run multiple successful online stores, and worked with many influential people in e-commerce.

    With the brain behind e-commerce, all we needed to do is transform that knowledge into something that could reach other store merchants all around the world. We wanted to make e-commerce an awesome place for everyone. As a result, we are proud to say that currently we are trusted by 168+ Shopify Stores in 12 Countries.

    Our strength is that we not only provide solutions and tools for businesses, but also try to educate them on new trends, best practices and strategies.
