We are now looking for a RESEARCHER/ RECRUITING ASSISTANT to join CVO Recruitment Latvia team.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Excellent Latvian and good English and Russian language skills
• PC proficiency, experience with Excel.

Position Purpose

You will strive to become information and sourcing expert within our team, responsible for:

• Industry researches: preparing lists of companies and professionals
• Professional researches: networking and contact database development within specific positions
• Gathering and processing of information received from candidates
• Support in other recruitment project stages, including active communication with candidates and industry professionals.
