Our vision is to become the best service provider in its field in the Baltics and Central Eastern Europe. We have hosted more than 2000 students and have 550 bed places (incl. 1Home Student Hotel in Riga) in 5 biggest cities of our region: Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Kaunas and Warsaw.

We are looking for someone, who:

Likes to communicate with people from different countries and cultures,
• Is customer oriented and positive,
• Has great communication skills, values accuracy and punctuality in work,
• Is proactive, creative, brings good energy and likes a good vibe,
• Is fluent in English, Russian and Latvian

Main tasks:

• Communicating directly to potential and current customers,
• Managing new bookings flow,
• Accepting bookings and adding customers to database,
• Issuing invoices and preparing lease agreements,
• Keeping client database up-to-date,
• Assisting customers with check-ins, check-outs,
• Learning about the different aspects of Hospitality Management and customer service,
• Being part of the Student Hotel daily operations,
• Making the life of the Student Hotel more student-friendly with new insights
