Description
A judo trainer must be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping young people to reach their potential in sport. Judo trainers have to adapt training sessions to meet the requirements of mixed ability groups as well as a good working knowledge of the current IJF rules. They are committed to the success of the athletes and able to co-operate with student coaches in order to deliver a comprehensive judo programme.

3. Getting information - observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
4. Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships - developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
5. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work - developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
6. Performing physical activities.
