Requirements
- At least 2 years aviation experience ;
- Graduate of Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Show competence to prove sufficient knowledge to interpret maintenance requirements into maintenance tasks;
- Good knowledge of EASA rules and regulations, Part-145 and Part-M;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs and handling computer data and information.
Duties
- Coordinate Material requirement of all scheduled maintenance to Logistics team;
- Performs parts requisitioning in the system and submit requests to maintain an inventory of Rotatable/Repairable components;
- Analyzes and identifies additional Rotatable/Repairable component requirements for the SmartLynx fleet;
- Maintains optimum level of Class C inventory (i.e. consumables, expendables, and raw materials) by determining the appropriate safety stock, setting the correct re-order level, and validating reorder requisition generated from Warehouse;
- Recommends and analyzes items to be carried in stock, parts for initial provisioning for aircraft, engines, components, and shop servicing supplies, and prepares timely requisition of such to ensure availability;
- Reviews status of stock parts; coordinates replenishment and ensuring safety stock level is maintained at all times;
- Ensure the optimum level of Rotatable and Reparable Inventory at all times;
- Updates component changes in the system;
- Monitor KPI for Time Controlled Components/ Hard Time Components;
- Reviews the disposal of expired materials provided by the storekeeper to clean up the inventory and decrease holdings;
- Follow-up on delivery and changes in priorities, if and when orders are changed from one priority to another.
