Sales Operations Intern

What we expect from you: 

• Tripartite internship agreement provided by your university
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical skills and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude towards your tasks
• Desire and willingness to learn
• Great communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software will be considered as an advantage.

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Maintaining customer records 
• Preparing sales reports
• Assisting with sales analytics
• Providing sales support
• Helping teammates and collaborating with other teams
