Requirements
Your professional skills and background:
Work experience in sales (call center, door-to-door, etc)
Hands-on experience with CRM
Perfect English verbal and written communication skills.
You are an ideal candidate if you are empathetic, optimistic and you take rejection easily. Your skills include sharp business acumen, emotional intelligence, project management, communication, client management, drive, ambition and resilience.
Duties
As a Sales Development Representative you will help us connect with and qualify potential brandholders. You will:
Use our outreach lists to connect with Instagram influencers, Youtubers, solopreneurs
Look for the best channels and methods to establish contact
Send out introductory emails and schedule calls
Hold sales calls and qualify sales prospects
Update the CRM system and pass qualified leads to Account Manager
Brainstorm new ways to improve and scale the process

Compensation:
Base salary: $30-40k;
Potential to double your salary with commissions;
