Initially I joined Solvay as an intern in 2017. For me it was the perfect opportunity – while I still had classes at the university, I didn’t have that many and had a lot of free time, and being an intern allowed me to plan my own work schedule.

Despite the fact that I wasn’t a full-time employee, I could participate in trainings and get almost all of the benefits Solvay offers.

When I was offered to stay here full time, I was very glad. I knew that this is a place where I can develop my skills and work in an international environment. Additionally, my favorite thing about Solvay is its continuous improvement mindset – not only within the teams and work processes, but also regarding office environment, which helps everyone to feel better and safer in our office.
