PAID INTERNSHIP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Requirements

  • eager to learn and have a positive can-do attitude
  • analytically thinking, passionate about details and accuracy
  • with excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • student in Latvian educational institution
  • ready to take internship for at least 6 months

Duties

  • learn about international logistics and various IT systems
  • gain knowledge of different terms and conditions in customer agreements
  • learn to assist in invoicing customers on time according to current agreements
  • support and backup team members
  • communicate with stakeholders (e.g., customers, colleagues from other offices, etc.) on a daily basis
