Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent in Latvian, Russian and English languages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service oriented/excellent sales skills
Positive, accurate, team player and result-oriented
Ability to work under pressure
High sense of responsibility and problem solving skills
Computer literacy
Previous work experience with cash machine will be considered as an advantage
Previous work experience in an airline or travel agency will be considered as an advantage
Duties
Responsibilities:
Customer service in the direct sales office (Riga International Airport public and Transit areas)
Book and sell airBaltic traffic documents, process reservations following airBaltic rules and procedures
Sell airBaltic ancillary products and services
Handle irregularity situations (e.g. flight delays / cancelations)
Follow daily sales report
