Customer Success Center operator

DiscoverCarHire.com, the fast growing online car rental booking company, is looking for Customer Success Center operator to join our international team. The job entails taking incoming calls and communicating with clients and partners via chat and email for car rentals worldwide.

We’re looking for candidates to join us for a part-time or full-time position on a rotational pattern. Willingness to work shifts (not night) and weekends are required.

Our ideal candidate:

• Fluent English and some other European languages (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc) both spoken and written - we work with customers from all over the world, so good language skills are essential.
• Respectful and confident communicator; passionate about providing the best experience possible.
• Have superb problem-solving skills and is able to flex to different customer profiles.
• Takes ownership of his work and multi-tasks well.

Main responsibilities:

Consistently create encouraging experiences for our customers, whether they’re booking online or over the phone.

Deliver a high level of customer service by:

• Using empathy/positive language when answering questions while they’re browsing our website.
• Helping each customer find their ideal car.
• Spotting opportunities to provide information that your customer may require at a later stage.
• Dealing with requests between booking and pick-up.
• Conducting post-travel investigations after the rental has finished.
