UI/UX Internship

Required qualifications:

A portfolio with at least one project (student, personal, or freelance) that shows your design process, not just final screens: the problem, your thinking, iterations, and the result. 
Education or ongoing studies in Design, UX/UI, Visual Design, or Digital Communication. 
Basic understanding of UX and UI principles. 
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe tools. Basic knowledge of design systems is a plus. 
Attention to detail and interest in clean, user-friendly design. 
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow in a team environment. 
Good communication skills in English. 

Desired qualifications:

Basic knowledge of UX methods (research, wireframing, prototyping). 
Interest in digital products and new technologies, including AI tools for design. 
Positive, curious, and proactive attitude. 

Key responsibilities:

Support design tasks: Assist in creating wireframes, simple prototypes, and UI layouts. 
User-focused mindset: Help analyze user needs and apply basic UX principles. 
Design process participation: Take part in design activities from early ideas to final screens. 
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members. 
Design tools usage: Use design tools (Figma) to update screens, components, and visual assets. 
Learning and improvement: Apply feedback from your mentor and team continuously develop your design skills.

Internship monthly salary for full-time (100% workload): 780 euro gross (Latvia), 1153 euro gross (Lithuania).
